Flat roofing planned around seams, edges and drainage.
Low-slope roofs need a system suited to their slope and construction. Golden Master reviews the existing roof, drainage and roof details before recommending a repair, membrane replacement or a suitable coating approach.
Your written estimate will identify the work included for your property.
A localized seam or flashing issue may be repairable if the surrounding roof remains sound. A coating is only an option when the existing roof is suitable. Wet insulation, damaged decking or extensive membrane deterioration can require replacement.
Roof area, access, tear-off requirements, insulation, drainage improvements and the number of penetrations influence cost. EPDM, TPO and roof coatings serve different needs; the proposal should state the system being offered.
A low-slope roof should still direct water toward its drainage points. Existing drainage problems need to be evaluated when planning repairs or replacement.
Sometimes, after its condition and compatibility are checked. Coating does not repair a failed deck or make wet insulation sound.
